01About

Hi, I’m Ahmed.

I’m a senior full-stack and DevOps engineer based in Djerba, Tunisia, with 8 years of shipping production platforms for teams in France, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Tunisia. I have scaled APIs for Saudi Arabia’s leading property platform, moved a platform from Azure to AWS hands-on, and today I operate and extend the event-staffing platform used for the 2026 World Cup in collaboration with FIFA, the 2026 Asian Games and the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics. I also run Korpor, my own software house, where we build the software that owner-run businesses run on.

I work across the whole path: API design and data models in Node.js and TypeScript, the React frontend, the CI/CD pipeline, the AWS cloud it runs on and the dashboards that tell me it is healthy.

Flip the card to see what I am; drag to swing it.

03How I ship

From commit to production.

How I like to ship: small commits, a pipeline that refuses bad builds, deploys you can undo, and dashboards that tell the truth. Tools change per client; the path does not.

  1. Stage 1 of 5: Commit. Git · trunk-based. Small, reviewed changes. AI-assisted review, gated by a manual security pass. Log: $ git push origin feat/checkout. → merge request opened. ✓ review approved.
  2. Stage 2 of 5: Build. Docker · GitLab CI. Reproducible images, cached layers, the same artifact from staging to prod. Log: ▸ docker build --target=prod. ▸ layer cache hit. ✓ image pushed to registry.
  3. Stage 3 of 5: Test. Jest · Playwright · Cypress. Unit, integration and end-to-end. The 2025 Korpor AI and blockchain platform reached 95%+ Playwright coverage. Log: ▸ unit · integration · e2e. ✓ all suites green. ✓ coverage gate passed.
  4. Stage 4 of 5: Deploy. AWS · Kubernetes · blue-green. Zero-downtime blue-green rollouts with a one-command rollback. Log: ▸ rollout blue → green. ▸ health checks passing. ✓ traffic switched, 0 downtime.
  5. Stage 5 of 5: Observe. OpenTelemetry · Prometheus · Grafana. Traces, metrics and SLOs with error budgets, so regressions page someone before users notice. Log: ▸ p95 latency within SLO. ▸ error budget healthy. ✓ alerts quiet.

I also run Korpor.

The software your business runs on.

One team, fixed price, weekly sight of the work.

Korpor is my software house in Djerba. We build custom software for owner-run businesses: the apps their customers use, the back office their team lives in, billing that gets the paperwork right, and AI where it saves real hours.
